Some IDeas

I thought i would post a couple of ideas...both are baby related, however the cigar box/shadow box can be created for absolutely any memorabilia. It may be a trip you took, a wedding, a competition, anything for the matter. As you can see from the photo, mine holds my own baby shoes and my baptismal bonnet that i pulled out from my trunk. Even further, this shadow box is a great idea for a Christmas gift (if anyone is starting to think of that yet)?
The shadow box was made using the "Cosmo Cricket" cigar box and their paper line.
The layout is a layout of my nephew's baptism. I haven't posted too many layouts on here yet, so thought i would start with this one.

More New Product

We received some more new product at the store this past week.
Heidi Swapp is now metallic - well sort of, her new product is at least. Alphabet chipboard and offce lables are all metallic in pink, silver, gold and copper. She has new variety embellishments, photo corners and transparent flowers too.
Doodlebug's new product is out too. Boy, Girl, Christmas and 'boogie oogie' are the themes; all in paper and stickers. They have new alphabet stickers and glitter chipboard, as well as stamps. There is also 'sugar' for you to glitter your own embellishments and jewels galore.

Class at Crop for Kids

Well, it is a day after my Crop for Kids class, where we all created a Memory Journal from inter-office envelopes. It was an exciting experience and I received some wonderful feedback from my class. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching the class and having all the ladies join the fun. They were very responsive and I want to extend a huge thank you, to all of you ladies, that took my class. I also want to extend a gracious thank you to my t.a's, Kelly F. and Pat O. - their assistance was an asset. I had an excellent time.

I Often Think...

that if someone wants to see something, there are more out there that would like to as well. Its like asking a question, you feel silly sometimes asking the question, but more oft than not there are others who want to know the answer to that very same question. So, i had a request for some ideas on clipboards....bringing the pages out of the album and onto the walls. A little reminder of those cherished on the walls when at work or when in need of a small break. These are two that i created, one from a make and take and one on my own. They hang on my wall at home so that i can look up when a small break is needed and cherish times past.

a little bit more

We received product in the store again...Hambly, disney, pet and travel...oh and fall papers too.
My favourite is the fall and hambly.
Fall is such a beautiful time the colours are so rich and so are the papers. While, Hambly is edgy and industrial. I love it all. What do you think? Take a closer look...

can we say more...again

We received more product again...this time from hero arts, heidi swapp and daisy d. Hero Arts have some great new winter and Christmas themed acrylics, along with their collage stamps and Heidi Swapp released the bling flowers and metallic rub ons. FInally, daisy d now has the stitch tape. It works like white out tape, and creates the look of sewing machine stitching. Check out the photos...
