So many doggies

The layout sketch is of dogs. One dog is missing, because we dont have any photos of her. Mind you, these aren't all my dogs - some are my sisters'. Anyways, quite like the way it turned out. Hope you like it enought to try out the sketch for yourself.

Colour Combinations

Today is another colour combination.  Yellows/Greens/Greys and Creams.

I anticipate creating more of a 'heritage' type layout with this combination - we will see how it works out next week.

This Weekend.

I went to an event and got really inspired to learn new scrapbook and paper crafting techniques. I want to share these blogs with you and eventually these techniques through product and layouts and projects at the store, as well as through classes.  It seems, that you (me) always knew they were there, just never went to the websites/blog regularly.

Neutral Layout

I hope everyone had a great long weekend, those who were able to enjoy it...

This is the neutral layout from last week's neutral colour palate. I do like the 'aged' look to it.  I used many of Jenni Bowlin's products on this layout. 

The Layout

Here is the layout from last week's sketch.  I used Prima flowers, Making Memories and Bazzill papers, as well the Slice machine for the butterfly die-cuts.

A colour scheme for a layout.  Browns, creams, blacks and whites - comfortable.  What kind of layout can you create with these colours?

New Product

We have received Basic Grey and Cosmo Cricket in stock.  Brads, stickers, rub ons and pattern papers in beach, journey's and lil man themes.

My layout for the word: 'chillin.'

I think it is sorta fun, with cool blues to symbolize the word - and a beach day at that too.
