I love sketches, I really do!
Today is a sketch, I placed a journal type box, some flowers and a bird as the embellishment, however you can, of course, place anything your heart desires there!
Like for example, a heart, some stars, a swirl, some buttons, a ticket, some stamps - anything you can think of.

My sketch will show up next week!

COLOUR COMBO CHALLENGE

Well, here we go again. A colour combination challenge. I have to make a wedding card for a friend for next week, therefore I thought we could try these colours in combination: chartreuse, black, white and grey (which is supposed to be silver).
So, definitely the colour combination may be slightly odd, or let's say, something we wouldn't regularly work with, but its a challenge....right?!

I will show you the card I create for next week, remember, a card or a layout would look extra formal with these colours together!

Copic Markers

If you read a post from a couple weeks ago, you will know that we have recently begun to receive the Copic Markers. These markers are really an excellent way to colour and shade in stampd images.

Growing UP

Here is my layout from last week's sketch. I happen to love the way this layout turned out. It brings back memories for me of going to Baba's and Dido's house on the weekends and picking around in their garden, playing by the shed for hours with my sisters and lying under the apple trees. Good Times!!

I used Sassafrass Lass paper and the Slice Machine for some of the die-cuts and the title!
